Can I do a Night Safari in Madhya Pradesh?
Yes, apart from the morning and evening drives in the park the tourists can now enjoy jungle in the dark. The timing for a night safari is 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

How is the weather in central India?
Winters are chilly and summers can be very hot. The temperature in May and June can go as high as 45 degree centigrade and can touch zero in the winter months.
How many people are allowed on a safari vehicle?
Jungle safaris are manily done on Maruti Gypsys. The maximum number of tourist allowed are 6, apart from guide and driver. The other option available for safari is the Canter which carries a maximum of 18 people at one time.
What is the best time to visit tiger reserves in India?
The tiger safari in India is operational from October to June. The best time to visit parks is from November to April.
How much in advance should I book safaris in IndiA?
Safaris in Madhya Pradesh are available 120 days prior to the date of booking. We recommend booking as early as possible as only limited number of vehicles are allowed and it is purely on first come first serve basis.
Can I explore jungles on foot?
Jungle safari is manily done on safari vehicles. But tourists can opt for nature trail walks and bird watching in the buffer areas to enjoy and experience the jungle on foot. It is highly recommended to hire local naturalist who has the knowledge of the area.
What are the park timings in Madhya Pradesh?
The park timings are subject to change according to weather, season and light. Usually the morning safari starts around 6 am and ends around 10 am. The evening or the afternoon drive starts around 3 pm and ends at 6 pm.
